    Hi IronZombieJC​ 
    This often happens when the age of your account does not meet the requirements for the game in question, BF2042, which is prohibited for players under the age of 16.

    - If your account is of the required age, then your problem is different. You can try following these steps here: Problem - Not currently playable
    - And try clearing the EA app cache: Clear cache
