I can't level up the battle pass points by earning XP because my rank is S999.

I can't level up the battle pass points by earning XP because my rank is S999. This happened 2 days ago. At the beginning, I can earn BP points by earning XP. And some ppl I know with the rank S999 ...

      Hi @2042BattleFailed, @FBI5519, on the video we can see that XP bar on the battle pass go up, does it play the same animation and the same amount of XP needed every end of round?

    Any game mode. Since June 30th, I have not advanced any number of experience. Every round end marks what I did, counts kills, flags, objectives, etc. But the overall score is always down to 0. It's like I've frozen at my current level and experience number.0 Every time~0 Every time~0 Every time~
