    @creepnpeep I'm telling you that's how I got it to fix. The restore to default only affects the current screen you're on. Regardless of what I highlighted, the RESTORE DEFAULT is the important bit.

My friends and I also regularly run into this issue. Though it is not, from what I have been able to determime, 100% of the time. Nor does it seem to be predictable. But the amount of times my squadmate or I have been killed because one of us pinged somewhere as a warning, but never saw it, is growing rapidly.
