    Unable to find Origin directory kinda gives me the idea that there's multiple drives involved here. Is 2042 installed on a drive separate from the EA app? Did you move either of the programs around if so?

    Try to validate the game files if you havent already. As for the full fix, my guess is reinstalling the game and/or EA app should do the trick. Not the most ideal choice, but if you reinstall both then it should properly have all the files in order.

Guess how this problem was solved? I tried many methods such as fixing game files and reinstalling and resetting the network, but there was no progress in the past two days. Then my friend said to me, "Hey, why don't you try buying it on steam?" "Anyway, it's on sale" (the original version was purchased on epic two years ago), and then it was successfully launched the first time (I'm not advertising for any store.😂
