I can't turn in game

"You can fix it by removing the arrow key keybinds. Remove keybinds for mouse left and right movement by holding esc key, even if they don't dissapear. That is what I did, it fixed it. Remove keybinds for arrow keys - press on mouse left and right movement - hold esc until menu is gone. Repeat on remaining left or right side. It will fix it"

yeah no that doesn't work i did that and reset to default nothing, i can use my mouse in vehicles and t hit markers are also Sh*t now btw, but I can look up and down, just not left or right with mouse on foot, I even restarted my pc and verified game files in steam, still nothing, oh and it doesn't matter the game mode either, this is not cool!

Just tried that. No change. Still can't turn left or right.
