I haven't been able to play for weeks now

I haven't been able to play for weeks now.  I updated my video card driver, tried repair option, reinstalled the anticheat software, reinstalled the game entirely.  Still no go.  I love this game and used to play everyday.  This is a real bummer for me.  Would be great to get this resolved. Please help!

  • Can you post a dxdiag so we can take a look at what you're working with. Also, when did the problem start and have you made any hardware/software changes in that time?
