I paid for the game. Give me access to it or refund.

Hey all,

I didn't want to start a topic on this but it has been one week since I paid for BF 2042 and the game still doesn't appear in my library in the EA App. And if I search for the game in the store, it shows only with the option to buy it. 
But I already replied on this forum, already replied to emails and opened 2 cases and no one is solving anything. In MyCases section, both cases appear as "Waiting on the player", and to proceed click "Resume". 
First of all, waiting on what? I've sent you everything you asked including the order history from the EA account itself, showing the game was bought. And last but not least, I tried to click "Resume" on both cases and nothing happens.

Can you solve this or refund??

Summarize your bug I purchased BF 2042, I have a confirmation email and it says dellivered in my order history however the game is not in my libary for me to download even though you all took my money. Please help

I've tried to clean cache and all the procedures but nothing works.
I've sent an email already with order history and paypal payment.
