Everytime i play battlefield 2042 i have high time nudge and lag alot

I think i have a solution for the CPU usage. You are going to want to limit your fps on the game. For me i limited my fps using NVidia control panel. What i mean by limit is just put a limit on how far your fps goes but 5-10 fps less than your average. like for me i get 50-60 fps so i limited mine to 45 fps. Also, my TN was reduced heavily but I wouldn't consider it a full fix. This solution to The TN problem is like putting duct tape on a hole but it improves gameplay experience.

Try this!It worked for me!But the problem can have several causes so your problem may not be the same as mine!1) Close Battlefield and Origin or EA App.2) Delete this: -Folder %appdata%/EasyAntiCheat -Folder EasyAntiCheat in game folder -File BF2042_launcher.exe3) Run Origin/EA App and repair Battlefield.4) Run EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe from Game_Folder/EasyAntiCheat/ and Repair (I don't know if it is useful but it doesn't cost anything)

I'm having the same problem... In game modes like Team Deathmatch, I have no problem with Time Nudge, but when I play 32 v 32 Conquest, or even Breakthrough, this happens. My ping SAYS that it's roughly 31-20, but the ping it's giving me makes if feel like slow motion. @Unutilgan Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

Looking at the clip your FPS performance is dropping that's why your TN is spiking.

Hi, since 3.1 update my latency TN is very high. I tried everything I can to make it work, but nothing changed.

Hey,
you can try a user defined user config file (LINK HERE) , here's one for you that limits CPU core usage to 6 cores.
Extract the user.cfg file in your main battlefield folder
Hopefully it lowers your TN

Are there FPS drops?
Try to create a user.cfg file in the game folder and write these lines without //.

Thread.ProcessorCount 8 // nubmer of cores
Thread.MaxProcessorCount 8 // nubmer of cores
Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0
Thread.JobThreadPriority 0
GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 16 // nubmer of threads

At first I didn’t believe it either, but it seems to be a feature of Frostibe. With the new patch, CPU load has increased, and the FPS has dropped. With this file, high fps again without lags and heavy CPU load.

@DETOX_ANG Hey ! I do not know what CPU you got and what system is running !
But if ya got tn high , most of the time its some hardware settings (could be bios related).
