Does anyone know what the in-game FPS counter is displaying? I'm looking to know which number is the current FPS being drawn on the display? Is it the "cpu" or "gpu0," or a combination of both? Also,...

It is garbage don't bother with it. just enable the origin ingame overlay one. Neither of those numbers has ANYTHING to do with the actual fps you are getting.
