This bug is still happening to me in update 4.0
@WarFish888 Interesting, never have happened on my end. In early days there was bug, when exiting some vehicles then you couldn't move mouse up or down..

It happens randomly, not triggered by anything in the game, always follows the exact same pattern. All input freezes for about 2-5 seconds, then unfreezes for about 0.5 seconds, then freezes again for another 2-5 seconds. I have reinstalled the game several times and tried every fix I've read about, but it continues to happen.I have same issue with RTX 3060, Ryzen 5 5600X. Updated graphics drivers and windows, currently in windows 10 and problem persists. Only started happening after recent update. Going to uninstall and reinstall the game
