Input temporarily freezing

I can confirm after testing today that I am still getting this bug in the latest season 1 update. I would like to reiterate that I have tested on a clean install of the game (reinstalled game and deleted documents folder) with all overlays disabled and with no USB devices plugged in at all apart from my keyboard and mouse. I have also now tested using a different keyboard and mouse and still had the issue. Again as always, it is not just general stutter or loss of input, but every time it is the exact same pattern 'All input freezes for about 2-5 seconds, then unfreezes for about 0.5 seconds, then freezes again for another 2-5 seconds'.
