Intial Spawn death at the beginning of the game.

So last night I figured Id hop on some Battlefield and play a few games of conquest. EVERY GAME I joined the god dam Spawn was screwed up. For Example, the US spawn flight intro scene where you ride the osprey into battle, the game would not allow me to leave the vehicle causing me to go for a joy ride to my immediate death. I thought this was already fixed.... Guess what! Its not. Plus I've also experienced on most maps the intro spawn vehicles are dropping us off right in front of the other teams spawn. This has lead to the other team wiping us out right off the start of the game. When is this next update coming out??
