IT professionals in trouble

I can’t get the game to work at all. It wouldn’t even launch 10 months ago. For the past six months, every time I try to start it, a grey login box pops up asking for my EA account email or password. The problem is that the window isn’t fully visible for some reason, so I can’t even see all the fields. It just says “email or…” and cuts off, so I have no idea what else I’m supposed to enter. After typing my email and pressing Tab, it seems to move to another field where I can enter my password. But even after that, it claims there’s no internet connection, even though my computer is clearly connected and working fine. I’ve run both EA and Steam as administrator. I’ve reinstalled the game, Steam, EA, everything. Nothing works. The same issue just keeps repeating over and over. So here’s my question: do EA and Steam actually have any idea what they’re doing? Do you even want me as a customer, or are you just fine leaving me stuck like this? What is going on? I’ve worked in IT professionally for 20 years, and apparently I still can’t launch your broken game. Battlefield is a complete mess.
