javelin anticheat

first issue today I was having it was saying i need it to be on administration mode , which I did now I'm getting this have javelin anticheat error , went to that directory installed/updated . nothing uninstalled went to the latest version on ea did the same . nothing 

I even reinstalled windows . formatted all 3 m.2 just in case and nothing installed latest driver from amd 25.9.1 . the pc is fresh nothing installed except ea/steam . EA and Steam overlays are disable also
