Keep geting kicked, ps5

Thanks for reaching out about this. We should go through some connection troubleshooting. First, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

Thanks for trying. Are you playing on a wired or wireless connection?

I was finally able to play an entire match without being kicked. What is the cause then that it loses over wifi?

According to ps5  diagnostic i have 100% strength  and the router is approximately 10' away. Thanks

Wireless is easily interrupted by interfering signals. There's a good chance that's what is happening. Glad to hear the wire helped. If you have any other issues, please reach out again. Have fun and good luck!
