If the troubleshooting steps didn't fix the issue for you, I would recommend reaching out to your ISP for possible further steps.

I have the same issue. The links you shared are pointless. I can play any other game online on my xbox, also my box is wired using LAN. 
I work in Cybersecurity field and this is not ISP issue. This is you crappy code and or infra. Get an actual engineer in this chat to fix the damm issue. Review any logs you guys are using to get this fixed.
