Try validating your game files on steam. I had the same issue and when I checked mine I was missing 4 of the files from update 3 about 6 mb. That seemed to fix it for me

Summarize your bug After joining a match I am kicked back to the main menu at the end of the match, sometimes in the middle of the match This happens on all servers including Breakthrough, Conquest, Portal, and Hazard Zone
