One of the final issues for us to fix from last week has now been fixed. In rare cases, players earning certain Battle Pass ranks did not receive their unlocks.
They should now find them available next time they login or play a round.

I have the same issue anything before the new helis that i have progress yesterday is still locked for me. Any lvl that I take now is activating normally. But everything previously is still locked including the premium stuff.

Community ManagerDoes that even make sense? I guess the normal EA support cant help with missing unlocks from the Season pass in bf2042, i guess we need to wait for a fix? I just dont want to waste hours while waiting to get connected to any support. @EA_Atic

Summarize your bug New specialist not unlocking even after completing multiple rounds and reaching level 13 on the battlepass.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i don't know.
What happens when the bug occurs? i cant select Lis from the specialist menu/collection screen and in-game.
What should be happening instead? i should be able to select/customise and play with the said specialist, Lis.
Lis is still locked for me even though i am at BP level 13, played multiple rounds, every other unlock works except her.
So I played a match of 2042 before the battlepass rewards were enabled to drop. After the rewards were enabled, I noticed I was half way to rank 5 already. However I had not received any of the rewards from rank 4 and lower (plus I do have Premium so none of those rewards were given either).
it's the same for me ☹️, already reached tier 14 but liz is still locked.
Somehow, on the very first day of the launch i had fourth tier of my battle pass. That mean's that i cant open lis! Also all my premium rewards are missing. Dice, I like your game, please fix it
Already reached out to them and they literally said they can't do anything and just wait it out.
I asked support for help and they gave me Lis but my premium rewards are still missing, they told me that they need to transfer my case to gaming experts, what should i do
