Lis mastery not tracking assists

Summarize your bug Ever since the launch of Season 5 I have ran into a consistent bug in respect to assists. Specifically I have been making progress towards Lis' mastery challenge which specifically says "kills or assists" almost every time I damage a vehicle and someone finishes off the target I receive no assists at all. The only time I have ever received an assist is when someone destroyed an enemy vehicle in less than a second after I hit the vehicle with my rocket.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Damage any enemy occupied vehicle with Lis' TGM launcher, then proceed to destroy the vehicle with any means. Lis will not receive any score nor assist for damaging the vehicle at all.
What happens when the bug occurs? Lis will not be granted any score, assists or progress towards her mastery challenge when this scenario plays out.
What should be happening instead? Whenever I hit a vehicle with one or two rockets I should be rewarded assists for contributing my efforts into the destroying the vehicle.
Sadly I have no videos to share of this problem. Fortunately from my experience the bug is very easy to recreate. Thank you for taking the time to read through this and I hope to see some update on it soon!
