Keep looking at Sky bug/technical issue

I have this issue where my cross-hairs/character will instantly look up at the sky at the highest possible point possible and even some times turn around. I have tried restarting my computer. I have tried unplugging all my input and the character will still do this in intervals about 3min and then when in high tense situations, like with a lot of other players around, the frequency increases.
