Exact same issue and it's been driving me up the wall. I thought it was maybe isolated to just BF6 so decided I would grab 2042 and yup same issue. The fact this is still an issue is driving me up the wall.
It's obvious there is something the Anti-Cheat is not liking on my system. Same network settings on my PS5 worked fine and there was a single day of the Beta where it did work without issues so I'm still not sure what the cause could be.
Happy to do whatever troubleshooting required but this is ridiculous that it to be an issue.
Adding on the list of things I've done as well as the above:
- Removed the old origin app that was still on my system
- Removed some programs that maybe I thought it could be flagging like Oculus and Python I had on my system
- Disabled Hyper-V
- Removed Linux For Windows Subsystem
- Tried running the game on Cellular (Laggy but it did eventually drop)
Still having issues further troubleshooting:
- Removed more random applications from my device
- Disabled all additional security features under Core Isolation
- Disabled Windows Firewall (I hate this but sanity check)
Really trying to avoid a complete windows reinstall just to fix bad anti cheat software.
Same I gave up on it, trying to find a solution hopefully, a dev or community manager touches on this issue soon it's really been frustrating
