Hai , is this issue Known, I am getting Low FPS on Menu screen around 8-28 FPS and causes laging and shuttering......but in game runs ok, only when I activate the T to change load out it shutters again, My PC are i9 10900K + RTX 3080, 32gb ram, game on SSD. and also sometimes it crash.........
any body has the same problem? how to solve it, I have tried game mode on in windows 10, Repair the game in origin nothing helps

It is weird that it would only be happening in the menus. Do you have any overlays or anything running on top of BF2042? If so, can you try disabling them to test and see if that makes any difference?

At first i suspect that maybe there is to much app in the background including overlay, so i turned off the discord overlay, and turn game mode on in windows and the result are the same, funny thing it happens only in menu, and also in game when i want to set weapon acc when pressing T, tried repair couple of times but did not help, so I though maybe theres is bug from software side, thats the reason i ask this forum, if no one having this issue then maybe I need to uninstall and install again see what happens....
Community ManagerWe've seen reports of general FPS issues since launch, but it usually affects the game as a whole, not just the menus.
Did you try setting up a Clean Boot to see if that makes any difference? You can find more details on how to set one up over at the EA Help website. Once you have the chance to give that a shot please let me know how it goes. Thanks!
I dont suspect clean boot, because no ohergames has this problem, bf iv, bfv, codmw, cod black opps, R6, i will try unistalling it and install again see what happes... I will keep update,

To think of it, it started after the update too, tried clean install but still the same.... Dont know what to do
Got this bug in menus, fixed it by switching from 144hz to 120hz, then back again...
