Low FPS with secure boot until restart

Since using secure boot,   every time I start my computer from a cold boot. I get about 25 FPS. I then have to restart my computer every time in order to get normal FPS.  I thought there was something wrong with my gigabyte motherboard and took me until now to realize this all started once i started using secure boot!

Is there any fix for this? Or am I stuck having to restart every time I use my computer?  I already  was in contact with gigabyte tech support and ever a back and forth exchange thats when it dawned on me, i enabled secure boot. I mentioned it to them and they stopped communicating. 🙄  This is really ridiculous making people change bios  settings and causing issues, at least tell me how i can fix this please.  Or get rid of secure boot requirements!
