@YpelaarFor a dxdiag file you press windows key + R
typ in this box DXDIAG and press enter, it will need a few seconds to run if ya agree.
In the lower part of the dxdiag windows you see an option to save a file, save this file to desktop or any location and post that file also please !
ps some system drivers need an update also !

@Ypelaarcould you change your desktop resolution to a lower resolution and set Hz higher for it (nvidia controlpanel / resolution ?
Also disconnect your Revolution Unlimited Pro Controller (hub or what ever is plugged in to use this controller)! <-- just to test , known issues with different brands of controllers.ps some system drivers need an update also !

Which system drivers need an update? When I look for updates it says completely up to date. Thats strange. Furthermore, what resolution and Hz should I change it to?

its a different language , but it LOOKS the same if ya open nvidia controlpanel.

Okay, Absolutely insane but I fixed it by unplugging my Nacon BT receiver from my controller! Insane that something like that fixes it.

Had the same problem, and fixed it by unplugging my arcade stick. It uses a standard Microsoft driver
