Low gpu usage and high cpu usage, need help!!!

Me and my friend we have a problem with the game!! 
My hardware: 

GPU: MSI VENTUS 2x rtx 3060
CPU: ryzen 5 5600x
RAM: 16gb ram 3200mhz

his hardware: 

CPUr: Intel Core i5 9400F
GPU: nVidia GeForce 1650 GTX 4GB
RAM: 12GB

and I have almost every game the cpu at 80-90% and gpu at 40-50% and sometimes even 70% when I play, while when I'm in the menu the cpu remain at 20-30% and gpu at 95%! and him, he have the cpu at 100% in game, when he play, but in the menu he have te cpu at 30-40% and gpu at 90-100%

Any solutions for that or fixes? is the game problem or we have a problem at the pc?? bcs the other battlefield titles runs smoothly, well for me, but alos he have 60fps +, while on battlefield 2042 he is stuck at 40 +100% cpu usage.

    @BloodShot261104 the cpu useage in % you see , is the average of all cpu cores together. You need to check how much cpu % usage the gamne use at just 1 core. Use a tool to display all cores and check usage !
    It could be that cpu / gpu combo isnt enough for this game. Bf2042 is very intensive with cpu use !

    @Rokebo73 the first cpu is 80-90% and the rest 11 are 65-80% and average 70-90%, but still dont get it, in the previous bf games the gpu stays at 90-100% ang cpu at 50 and 70% max, only in this game my gpu stays at 40-60%

    @BloodShot261104 hmm probarly also hahaha , but maybe think about some upgrade for hardware, cpu / gpu !
    Sometimes is better to upgrade CPU first before ya do a GPU upgrade !
    Faster and more memory is also a must do if ya upgrade hardware.

    Or prepare for the future and upcoing new bigger better more hardware intensive games and think about a whole new system ! (motherboard, cpu , memory , gpu , power suply , ect ect ect)

    @Rokebo73 I just buy the pc one year ago ☹️ and I think the bad optimization, on other games I dont have a problem not even on new call of duty, neither on elden ring, far cry 6, dying light 2, saint row, well are singeplayer bot, the grahpics and mini detail looks better than bf 2042, and some how i play it 4:3 XD to have at least 100 fps

    @BloodShot261104 Some people have reported success with turning future frame rendering to off in previous games. You may try and see if it works for of you. It may or may not do help you. You may also want to search for tips in other battlefield games. This issue have been reoccurring at least since battlefield 1 so maybe someone posted something you could try for the other games.

    @BloodShot261104you also could try to disable all kind of background apps (Windows settings / privacy)
    Or use ,press windows key + R , enter MSCONFIG
    Click at tab STARTUP (open task.m.) and disable all apps that bootup when windows is booting !
    Reboot pc and try again.

    Hope this will fix some issues , update us please.

    @Rokebo73 thanks for the help, somehow this improved my fps and lowered my cpu usage, on the last added map stranded, I see my gpu is 70-90% usage and my cpu 50-70% usage like the last time when I bought this game, I think I have this problem since the last patch, I think...
