Low gpu usage and high cpu usage, need help!!!

@BloodShot261104you also could try to disable all kind of background apps (Windows settings / privacy)
Or use ,press windows key + R , enter MSCONFIG
Click at tab STARTUP (open task.m.) and disable all apps that bootup when windows is booting !
Reboot pc and try again.

Hope this will fix some issues , update us please.

@Rokebo73 thanks for the help, somehow this improved my fps and lowered my cpu usage, on the last added map stranded, I see my gpu is 70-90% usage and my cpu 50-70% usage like the last time when I bought this game, I think I have this problem since the last patch, I think...
