lower fps after 3.3 update
got pretty much hit with 10fps or so lower fps since the update. what gives ? it was already horrible if you consider looks/performance and now its worse *slowclap* oh and the hitreg ? what ?

its not a severe drop its a 10fps across the board and as i mentioned in my last post the cpu usage has gone from 23% ish to 80%. hitreg going absolute bonkers @ 30ms ping on a 500/500 fiber connection.
update after playing 10min on a map cpu goes down to 24-30% ??? this is just wierd

Can you see if you can upgrade your Windows to the most recent stable build, the November 2021 Update? I can see that you're still running build 19043, which is the May 2021 Update.
Apart from that, I would recommend to see if you can also update your CPU and GPU drivers. The latest Nvidia drivers are the ones from Feb. 14 this year, v511.79, if you haven't updated those already.
