Manifest Crash on Series X forces manual shut down and shows glitchy screen.
Just like this, it freezes everything and can't skip to the dashboard so you have to hit the power button while showing the UI like this.

@EA_Atic Me and 4 friends stay away from manifest because off this issue. we all have recent updates.
