Map start vehicle deployment bug

I’ve seen this bug a couple of times as well. Not only at the start of a round but also when a new sector in BT opens up, the timer hits zero and new vehicles are available. It feels to me like someone else is also spamming the vehicle to deploy.

It’s happened on most maps for me on breakthrough. 

I’ve counted the vehicles after this happened and it still counts as a vehicle is taken so it’s quite detrimental to the team. Let’s say the team is given one tank, this bug leaves the team with no tank.
