"Mastery level #" Items not unlocking or skipped

Summarize your bug Trying to use unlocked attachment only to find the "Mastery level" has been met but item still locked. In my case the M5A3 is "Mastery level" 8 but I can not use the "Mastery level" 6 items, such as the Grenade underbarral and compensator. I do have access to "Mastery level" 7 & 8 items but level 6 items are still locked.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unknow. Was playing as normal adding items to weapon here and there and then found the problem when adding "Mastery level" 8 items.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can not use any attachment in "Mastery level" # but others are unaffected and new "Mastery levels" can be unlocked and used.
What should be happening instead? "Mastery level" # items can be applyed to weapons.
