Summarize your bug i'll try my luck here since apparently we can't directly contact EA anymore, you sure know how to improve your already great reputation with your customers. bug : the matchmaking is broken when you disable crossplay on PC. can never find a match because i keep getting put in lobbies with not enough people to start a match, and people leave the lobbies at a faster rate than people join it. now that's very weird for a game that has avg daily player peaks of 24K on steam only, that's not even considering people playing through the ea launcher directly. So logically there can only be one of two reasons : 1. the least likely, the matchmaking is outright broken and creates hundreds of servers with 10 people in it, totally unable to sort them together. 2. the most likely, unlike ANY other game where you disable crossplay with consoles and you still get access to the whole PC player base, you guys made it so we only have access to people that also disabled crossplay, which is a very low number obviously since it would require to open the settings. suggestion : fix the damn matchmaking for people that don't wanna play against peops with aimbot included in their game.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? turn on your PC, double click on either steam or the ea launcher depending on where you got the game, start the game, once on the main menu click on options ( press O alternatively ), once that's done select any game mode, start matchmaking then die of old age before the matchmaking managed to do its job.
