Missing player cards from events in Battlefield 2042

Hello all,

I have an issue with missing player cards from events. I tired fixing this issue with EA live chat but the fist chat was rudely closed by the agent and the second one did not provide any help and told me to use the forums instead for some reason. 

I am missing the following player cards:

- Santa's Little Slayer
- Merry Mayhem
- Ultimate Killjoy
- Ghost Assassin
- And the Battlefield 20 years anniversary cards

The first agent told me that those are pre-order rewards and he can't help me with that even after I gave him detailed explanation that they are not and that they are from events. I don't know why he did not know this information as that is his job but what ever. 

I will inform everyone here as well on how those were obtained: 

- Santa's Little Slayer - Reward for logging in between December 16th, 2021 and December 23rd, 2021 

- Merry Mayhem - Reward for logging in between December 23rd, 2021 and December 30th, 2021

- Ultimate Killjoy -Reward for logging in between December 30th, 2021 and January 6th, 2022

- Ghost Assassin -Own the premium version of Zero Hour Battle Pass

I have met all the requirements for those rewards to be issued to my account. I have the game on Steam which can be the issue probably or what do I know..

If someone can help me that would be great. I pre-ordered the game and sat and gritted my teeth trough all the bugs patiently waiting for this game to get finished or get better and at the end I got a nothing for it. Please help.

    Issues with missing items are not something we can assist with here on AHQ, the best thing to do is to speak with our live support team again and explain the situation to them.

    If they are able to assist with granting the items you are missing then they will.

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a phone or chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'BF 2042

    Manage my Account'

    Missing Items

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or call

    Ahahahah WHAT !?!?  Are you making fun of me? It was live support who told me to post it here because they cant help me !!! This has got to be the worst customer support in the world. You are literally taking me for a mentally challenged person.

    Beyond this there is nothing more that we can do to assist here on AHQ.


    Any missing item issues are dealt with by our live support team, we cannot assist with any issue that requires account verification as we are a public-facing board.
