    @BlackMyth1234 I imagine that if you're seeing a page about PS Plus subscriptions, then it'd be worth reaching out to Sony support so they can check your subscription. Since PS Plus is required to play online, that could be the cause of the problem.

@BlackMyth1234 Thanks - the reason I asked is because this message can signpost an issue with an online subscription like PSN Plus or Xbox Gamepass. However, if you can play other games online then that's not likely to be the issue.

It could be worth going through the connection guides in case anything in them helps. If the problem is still ongoing after that, then it could be worth reaching out to EA Help and Sony support to ask them to check it's not an entitlements issue.

After your question yesterday, I tried to play the "Need for Speed Heat" game online with my ea play subscripton and saw that I could not play it. When I try to connect online, a page containing PS plus packages and subscripton prices appears and I cannot proceed.
What would you recommend in this situation?
