I've made two EA Help tickets for this. The first case was closed as "Fixed", second one they finally sent me an automated message telling me to go through the steps to create a case if my issue wasn't resolved. It told me I could "Resume" my current ticket, but clicking on "Resume" only takes me to the automated steps on how to fix a problem, and how to create ticket if it doesn't work. At this point, I'm realizing EA really is worthless for customer service. Too bad they won't send me a survey so I could critique their performance on these issues. I'm thinking they don't even have anyone working there, just a bunch of automated bots that don't fix anything.
