After 2 months of arguing with the Help people, who did everything from state they're looking into it to gaslighting me and telling me the promo doesn't exist, I provided proof in the form of a photo (which I somehow couldn't find before, but managed to stumble upon by chance.) As soon as this proof was provided, I got the following message:
"Please note that we at customer experience, can only help with issues in the game itself, we cannot make changes or correct game bugs. You can however report this at the official forums so that the moderators and Game experts can take note of it and investigate this further."
So what's the point of the help desk if they can't help? And apparently, reporting this on the forums doesn't even attract the attention of moderators and game experts who can do something about it. Especially when reporting a bug in the game itself generates a ticket that goes to the Help desk, who openly admits they can't fix bugs. Talk about a broken system!
