How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Host a portal server, or any server with AI in the standard 2042 settings, and use the MKV90-TOR. Get an AI into the gunner seat and watch them engage infantry at a distance. They will overshoot when using the 7.62 minigun. What happens when the bug occurs? You AI will only be able to hit infantry if they're at extremely close ranges to the tank.
What should be happening instead? The AI should be able to engage infantry accurately at any acceptable programmed engagement range.

I have noticed that the AI in the MKV90 Tank Destroyer is also having trouble targeting infantry, aiming far too high above them unless they're extremely close to the vehicle.
