@TEKHD01 I have the exact same issue and have done the same troubleshooting with disabling overlays, uneccesary apps and so forth.
The only thing that I have not tried is trying another mouse and/or hooking it ut with a cable directly.
I am running a Razer Basilisk ultimate.
I'll update after I have tried using a cable nad testing with another mouse (if I can find a spare one)

Same exact issue (I posted it on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/battlefield2042/search/?q=mouse&restrict_sr=1&sr_nsfw=)
Funny enough, im running razer basilisk ultimate as well for my mouse. But, even when unplugged I have this issue. Also, had the same issue during beta.
Going to ask for a refund if there isn't a fix soon. Sucks, I really wanna play.

Can confirm. same issues wired or wireless.
I dit not have any issues during beta tho. only now on release.
Don't know if this actually could be server related lag?- 4 years ago
I dont think its a server issue. This is an app code issue that the devs need to address. If you try to use your arrow keys on your keyboard, it works just fine (smooth as expected). But obviously who tf will be using arrow keys to aim and shoot lol.

Hah,
Last time i used arrow keys for aiming and shooting was back in the old Doom/Castle wolfenstein era.
