I'm having the same issue. Tried lowering the graphics to low, turning everything off, disabled firewall (incase it was a network issue), tried a different mouse, etc... I'll have to try the mouse polling solution that some people posted but it's near impossible to navigate the menu and when I do finally get into a game, it does it in-game. Unfortunate, I've been looking forward to playing for months.
