@Henry_BESTad Hey, a think that solved it for me was to reduce the polling rate of my mouse to 500Hz instead of 1000. I also disabled Future Frame Rendering.

Okay, I think I fixed mouse lag momentarily by restarting my computer. Still a little noticeable. There was a program in Task Manager "Shell Infrastructure Host" that was running high CPU, that is when I decided to restart my PC. Since then, I no longer see high cpu usage.
