same issue but may have found the culprit. Razer Tartarus V2 user, had issues in Beta where this device couldn't be used as it made the game think you had mouse one pressed and would constantly shoot your gun. Whilst DICE have fixed this issue my Tartarus is still unusable because it's causing stuttering and is pretty much making the game unplayable because of it. Unplugged the Tartarus and this issue has completely gone away.
This is the ONLY game this happens in.
This isnt good enough, every other game out there handles this peripheral fine. I shouldnt have to not use it because DICE cant get their Sh*t together.

I have unplugged everything and still no dice (pun intended.) It would be nice to have EA/Dice post here and at least acknowledge this is an issue, and that they're looking into it. Radio silence is not good customer service, in the end this is a product, and needs customer support. Releasing the game in this state unacceptable and warrants refunds. Even Cyberpunk2077 didnt have these issues (at least i could move in it) and we all know the shitshow that launch was.

I wouldnt hold your breath for that. As far as I'm aware they didnt acknowledge the "constantly firing but not pressing mouse 1" bug in beta so...

I don't think this is device related, I have a completely different mouse (Corsair Scimitar) and have the same problem.

This is not device related issue for sure. I'm having a massive input lag when I enter to the match via basic matchmaking and having not only mouse lag, but also keyboard lag too. But the most interesting thing is that when I go to the match using Portal servers, it's ok, no input lag at all. My ping is ok, I really don't understand what is the problem. Maybe we should wait for 19th November for 1st day patch and see if it will solve lags.
