I'm having the same issue. It seems to have gotten progressively worse for me as well. Initially, it only happened every few seconds and the game was still playable albeit frustrating. Now, the mouse stutters every time I move the mouse. It has to be a problem with the mouse input in-game because I don't have this issue in any other games (including other Battlefields) and when the mouse stutters, the game continues to function smoothly in the background so it isn't the whole game that's stuttering, it's just the mouse look.
