@Henry_BESTad Hey, a think that solved it for me was to reduce the polling rate of my mouse to 500Hz instead of 1000. I also disabled Future Frame Rendering.

Polling rate seems to be the issue. Using Xbox controller got rid of the problem and used one wireless USB mouse to test it out. Neither had any issues except for toggle commands glitching a tiny bit.
Although the "fix" is simple, people shouldn't have to drop 10 to 20 bucks on a new non-gaming mouse to go around the problem.
