Nearing my wits end on this error! Please Help!!

Most of the time when launching the game if I hang out in the main menu for a while or when I attempt to join a game and this error will pop up. Does anyone know what to do to alleviate this? I have ...

Got this error since day 1 ya got bf2042 ? Or did it popup lwhile already did play (many) hours at bf2042 ??

It has started popping up recently I played on release but haven't played for quite a while I never had the issue on release but all of a sudden, I started playing again I am currently at 62 hours played.
