Nearing my wits end on this error! Please Help!!

Most of the time when launching the game if I hang out in the main menu for a while or when I attempt to join a game and this error will pop up. Does anyone know what to do to alleviate this? I have ...

Got this error since day 1 ya got bf2042 ? Or did it popup lwhile already did play (many) hours at bf2042 ??

Sorry to add to that this mainly happens when I idle in the main menu of 2042 or when I attempt to join a game.
