Can you try these solutions :
Disable the Xbox 360 controller for Windows in Device Manager.
If not work try this :
Disable the EA app in-game interface (click on ≡ at the top left of the EA app - Settings - Application - In-game interface - Enable in-game interface and toggle the button to the left).
Disable Xbox Game Bar, Discord, Geforce Experience, Steam, etc. overlays.
Close remote control software (Teamviewer, AnyDesk, etc.).
Disconnect unnecessary USB devices (controller, joystick, steering wheel, etc.).
In Windows Device Manager, go to Human Interface Devices, right-click on HID Game Controller, and select Disable device.

Tried all of these and no fix.
I just spent the last couple of hours trying all of this. Nothing worked.
Still the same issue. I don't get this. This was all working fine before the update.
Also worked fine during the bata.
i have done all of the same steps and nothing is working!
