No add to friends button
I play on PC and my friend on PlayStation 5. In the search for players by nickname, we can find each other, but only the "report" and "block" buttons are available. At the same time, we can log in to the same game (if we start searching for a match at the same time). Has anyone ever encountered such a problem? And how to solve it?
The problem is with the PlayStation 5 account. The game must be purchased on the account that the person is playing on. If the game was purchased on one account, and the person logs into the game through another, then the add to friends button will be unavailable.
