No air vehicle spawn option

When your on the Spawn screen try pushing the Y button when highlighted over the Main Spawn Point. It should prompt the vehicle screen. Some Vehicles arnt in certain gamemodes or even maps. Most of the change happend in season 3 to which your referring too.
