@Nekell_exp do you still have that issue. I have had it for many weeks and just tried something that have apparently fixed it. I opened the folder where BF is installed, then right click - Properties - Compatibility - Run as Administrator.
Then log off from EA App and log back in. As I launched the game, a prompt popped up asking me to grant the game launch administrative access... to which I did and it fixed the issue.
I put both BF2042 exe and EAC to run as Admin.
Try it. maybe it'll fix your game
