No players in lobby when crossplay turned off

@DanielRicciardo same problem here in UK. Crossplay off either in Xbox settings or via the new button, lobby is always waiting for players. Cannot play the game unless I go up against PC players with Crossplay on. You would think they have enough Xbox players to fill a lobby right. Maybe they need Crossplay on because no one is playing the game anymore.
