No stat progression towards T1 on anything

Question

Hi,for the past 6+ months iv been playing and my stats on the PKP have not moved from 378, its the main gun im using with liz and falck. i don't know what the issue is but i am really getting tired of grinding out this game for no result.I have also emailed EA and they said to ask the community. Nice to know that they can be bothered looking into it. Aside from that, any help would be appreciated please.Would it have to do with the servers i am playing on?

What modes have you been playing and were they against bots or regular multiplayer?

yes bots are present, i cant find a server with players only otherwise game is unplayable due to ping on ps4

If it's mostly been bots, such as Solo/Coop mode or moderate XP matches in Portal, then mastery progress will stop as it's limited in those cases, so that could be why it's not progressing.&nbsp;
Where are you connecting from? There might be an option for you to use for regular multiplayer.

I have the same issue. Stats have not been updating for many months!&nbsp; Looks like nobody has a solution&nbsp;
